How to make any habit stick


picture this, you wake up 5 minutes later than what your goal was, so you sleep again in a cheap excuse because you didn’t wake up at the hour you promised yourself.

if you follow the aforementioned pattern, your mind will get used to excuses and never wake up on time.

what you need to do is celebrate little achievements and even if you wake of 5 or 10 or 15 or 1 hour later, you still do it because habits are slow building and excuses won’t help you in building a new habit.
